Community Care Link is looking for Occupational Therapists seeking flexible contractor work with NDIS and aged care clients across Sydney, particularly Western Sydney.
This chance is ideal for OTs who already work independently, operate as sole traders, or simply want to add additional clients around their existing commitments.

You simply advise us of your availability and the areas you are willing to service. Community Care Link will liaise with the client and arrange appointments within the times you have provided.
Many of our clients are from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, so our team manages client communication and appointment coordination to make the process easier for both the clinician and the client.
The Role
You may provide services including:
- Functional assessments
- Functional Capacity Assessments
- Assistive technology assessments and recommendations
- Falls prevention and home safety assessments
- Mobility and functional assessments
- Capacity-building and reablement interventions
- Clinical reports and recommendations
- NDIS and aged care Occupational Therapy services
You will be responsible for delivering the clinical service and completing the relevant documentation and reports, while Community Care Link manages the client referral and appointment coordination process.
About You
You will need:
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Current AHPRA registration
- Experience in community, NDIS and/or aged care Occupational Therapy
- Strong assessment and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently in community settings
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- ABN
- Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
- National Police Check
- Working with Children Check where applicable
There is no requirement to commit to set days or hours.
Whether you have availability for one client per week or are looking to build a larger contractor caseload, you can advise Community Care Link of your current capacity and accept referrals that suit you.
You provide the availability. We coordinate the clients. You focus on delivering the clinical service.
