What are we looking for?

You don't necessarily need years of automotive experience — we're looking for the right attitude and drive.

You'll be someone who:

- Has a strong sales or customer service background
- Is confident communicating with customers face‑to‑face, over the phone and online
- Is motivated by targets and achieving results
- Takes ownership of their customers from enquiry through to delivery and beyond
- Is organised and takes pride in their administration
- Is confident using CRM and digital platforms
- Is coachable and willing to continually improve
- Has a current unrestricted Australian driver's licence
