Anytime Fitness Ashfield is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and results-driven Full time Membership Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is more than just a sales role. You'll be the face of our club, helping people take the first step towards achieving their fitness goals while delivering an exceptional member experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Position Type: Full-Time

Hours:

- Monday – Thursday: 10:00am – 7:00pm

- Friday: 7:30am – 1:30pm

Location: Ashfield, NSW

About the Role

As a Membership Sales Consultant, you will:

- Welcome prospective and existing members with exceptional customer service

- Guide prospects through the entire sales journey, from enquiry to membership sign-up

- Conduct club tours and confidently present the value of an Anytime Fitness membership

- Follow up enquiries via phone, email and SMS

- Build strong relationships with members to maximise retention and create an outstanding club experience

- Achieve individual and club sales targets and KPIs

- Assist with marketing campaigns, social media content and community outreach

- Support the day-to-day operation of the club, including opening and closing procedures

- Help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming club environment by completing general housekeeping and operational tasks

- Report maintenance issues and assist with basic equipment and facility checks

- Work closely with the Club Manager to drive membership growth and overall club performance

What We're Looking For

- Passionate about helping people achieve their health and fitness goals





- A confident and engaging communicator who enjoys meeting new people

- Driven by sales and motivated to achieve and exceed targets

- Organised with excellent time management skills

- Professional, reliable and punctual

- Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up enquiries

- Confident appearing in social media content and promotional videos

- Takes pride in maintaining a clean, professional and welcoming club environment

- A positive team player with a strong work ethic

Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service or the fitness industry is highly regarded, but not essential. We provide comprehensive training for the right person with the right attitude.

Mandatory Requirements

- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Full Australian working rights
