RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

- Work in operating room with 14 beds and 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
- On-call requirement: 1 night per week and up to 1 weekend per month
- Required to work 1-2 of 3 upcoming summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) unless unit is closed




- Minimum 24 months of operating room experience required
- Travel experience within the previous 15 months required
- Proficient experience required in: DaVinci robotics, orthopedic procedures including total joints, and general surgery
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Spine experience highly preferred
- Mako equipment experience highly preferred (80% of total joint cases use Mako or Rosa)
- Rosa equipment experience highly preferred (80% of total joint cases use Mako or Rosa)
- Scrub experience preferred
- Work with advanced robotic equipment including DaVinci Xi, Mako, and Rosa systems
- Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (AHA)
- Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate license required
