Commercial Real Estate agency requires a full time, highly organised and motivated Administrator to join the team.

K2 Private Property is an established commercial agency with a team of 12 staff covering sales, leasing and property management. K2 manages a diverse portfolio of commercial, medical, industrial and retail properties across South-East Queensland for both private and institutional clients.

Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the role includes the following basic tasks:

- Preparing and issuing tenant rental invoices
- Reconciliations and payments
- Responding to queries from tenants and suppliers
- Provide ad-hoc office admin support as necessary

Training will be provided, if necessary, to enable the administrator to complete the following additional tasks:

- Arrears reporting and follow‑up
- Processing of rental reviews
- Processing of work orders
- Tenant and supplier insurance management
- Essential services compliance management
- Preparation of sales / leasing / property management submissions





The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience as an administrator (commercial property preferred but not essential)
- High attention to detail and follow‑up
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Confidence and accuracy working with numbers
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

K2 Private Property can offer:

The nature of this role requires the administrator to be in the office five days a week.
