As a Corporate Store Manager, you'll build a solid team, create a great customer experience and drive store performance every day. You'll have the freedom to lead with confidence, develop your people and shape the success of a new store, backed by industry-leading training and support.

What you’ll be doing:

- Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
- Take ownership of day-to day store operations with supported decisionmaking
- Lead,coachand develop your store team
- Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
- Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs
- Oversee store operations,stockand financial results
- Maintain store presentation,cleanlinessand food safety standards
- Create a safe,positiveand high-performing team culture

What we’re looking for:

- Experience in fast-paced customer service leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for developing people,cultureand driving results
- Ability to balance customer experience, teamleadershipand commercial performance.
