Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring efficient operations.
- Prepare and analyse financial statements, providing insights to management.




- Manage cash flow and treasury functions, optimizing working capital.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis.
- Drive process improvement and automation within the finance function.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong leadership skills.
- Proven experience in financial management and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems.

£35000 - £40000 per annum, Perks: Enhanced Pension Scheme, Car Scheme, Overtime
