- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of experience as a CAT/CT Technologist preferred.
- Appropriate valid state licensure in diagnostic imaging A.R.R.T. Certification, if required by state regulations or contract specifications
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
