About the Job

We have an opening for a Full-time highly motivated individual to be our newest front of houseSales & Service Specialist.

Reporting to theStore Manager, you will operate from our store in Ballarat and provide exceptional service toour valued B2B customer base in the surrounding areas.

The key responsibilities of this role serve customers, test batteries in and out of application, provide advice and sell and fit products.

Your duties, whilst not limited to, will include:

- Provide thehighest levels of professional service to all our retail and trade customers
- Battery fittings and delivery
- Sale of battery accessories and other services
- Provide knowledge and advice

About You

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following key competencies:





- Strong customer service skills (face to face & telephone)
- Mechanical aptitude (Automotive trade qualification would be an advantage)
- Positive andconscientious attitude and a willingness to provide solutions
- Highly organised and reliable with the ability and honesty to operate independently
- Self-motivated, flexibleand willing to adapt to a variety of work
- Current driver's licence
- Previous battery and sales experience will be an advantage
