Toowoomba Mechanical is seeking a friendly and organized second Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis, working a 9 day fortnight. Based in our Toowoomba, QLD office, this role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support to our Company.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming and greeting customers in a professional and friendly manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling and managing customer appointments and bookings

Assisting with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and invoice processing

Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area

Supporting the wider team with any additional duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Proficiency with standard office software such as Microsoft Office

A friendly, professional and helpful demeanour

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Week One - 7:30AM - 4:45PM (Monday - Thursday) - (7:30AM - 2:00PM Friday)

Week Two - 7:30AM - 4:45PM (Monday - Thursday) - (Friday off, 3 Day weekend)
