Expression of Interest – Manufacturing, Dispensary & Packing (Pharmaceutical & FMCG)

Do you have 5–10 years’ experience working across Manufacturing, Dispensary, or Packing Hall environments within Pharmaceutical or FMCG food production?

We’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals with leadership or senior operator experience to join a purpose-driven, leading global manufacturer. Opportunities may span across production, dispensing, and high-speed packing operations.

These roles are responsible for supporting and/or leading teams to ensure:

- Production and Quality targets are consistently met
- Manufacturing, dispensing, and packing processes run efficiently
- High-speed lines (e.g. liquid filling, bottling, tubes, jars) operate at optimal performance
- Continuous improvement initiatives are identified and implemented
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) standards are upheld
- Strong team performance, engagement, and morale

We’re looking for individuals with the following skills and attributes:

- Technical Capability – solid experience in manufacturing environments (pharma or FMCG), including GMP and quality systems (e.g. deviations, batch records)
- Collaboration – ability to liaise with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to maintain equipment and productivity
- Planning & Organisation – capable of balancing schedules, staffing, and output targets
- Attention to Detail – strong focus on documentation accuracy and product quality
- Values-driven mindset – motivated by contributing to products that support health and community wellbeing

Ideal but not essential:

- Qualification in Science, Engineering, Operations, or similar
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Location:

- South Eastern Suburbs (near Clayton)

Requirements:

- 5–10 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing, dispensary, or packing environments
- Australian or Current Zealand Citizenship / Permanent Residency
