An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and motivated Supervisor – Manager to join a growing Australian business servicing customers nationwide.

We are a proudly 100% Indigenous-owned and Supply Nation Certified company, supplying high-quality pumping, fluid handling and piping solutions across a wide range of industries throughout Australia.

As a new and rapidly growing business, we have a small, close-knit team with big ambitions. We're looking for someone who enjoys the challenge of helping build a business, leading by example, and playing a key role in our continued growth. Supervisor – Manager Opportunity

Location: Eagle Farm, Brisbane

About the Role

- Supervise and support the day-to-day operations of the business.
- Lead, mentor and help grow a small team as the business expands.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and industry partners.
- Assist in driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
- Implement and improve operational systems and processes.
- Work closely with the Directors to help shape the future direction of the business.

About You





- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role.
- A hands‑on leader who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed.
- Solid leadership, organizational and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Commercially minded with a passion for customer service and business growth.
- Experience in industrial pumps, fluid handling, mining, manufacturing, water, agriculture or related industries will be highly regarded.
- A current driver's licence is essential.
