With a strong pipeline of work and beautifully presented display homes, they are now seeking a personable and professional Display Host / Sales Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective clients.

The Role

As a Display Host / Sales Associate, you will:

- Welcome and engage visitors to display homes in a warm, professional manner

- Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their building goals

- Provide high-level information on designs, inclusions, build processes and customisation options

- Qualify leads and accurately capture client details





- Support the sales team by booking appointments and following up enquiries

- Ensure display homes are presented to an exceptional standard at all times

About You

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, real estate, interiors or property (building industry exposure highly regarded)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- A polished, well-presented and professional approach

- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

- Confidence speaking with high-end clientele

- Availability to work weekends (essential)
