Must be available Monday - Friday (7:30am - 4:0pm)

To be considered for the role of Chef/Cook at Shuji Sushi you will need to;

- Have experience working in a high volume quick paced kitchen
- Have a excellent attitude and work ethic
- Be flexible and reliable with availability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
- Willing to learn current skills and share your existing knowledge
- Maintain a high standard of food
- Experience in Japanese/sushi will be highly regarded
