About the Role

As Territory Manager, you'll manage an established territory across Newcastle & Central Coast, partnering with healthcare professionals and account stakeholders to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you'll become a trusted advisor to your customers by combining commercial expertise with clinical knowledge.

Beyond managing key accounts, you'll identify growth opportunities,



solidify customer relationships, deliver education and product training, plan your territory; ensuring maximum coverage & maximum ROI and gain a solid understanding of the competitor landscape.

This is a highly autonomous position where you'll be empowered to make commercial decisions while being supported by an experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve & exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Deliver clinical education, product training and ongoing customer support
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts
- Analyse territory performance and execute strategic growth plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
- Represent the business at industry conferences, workshops and trade events

About You

You'll be an ambitious & driven healthcare sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges and driving commercial success.
