The Maylands Hotel is looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchenhand to join our busy kitchen team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

- 20–40 hours per week available
- Evening and weekend shifts are essential
- Opportunity for additional hours during busy periods
- Immediate start available for the right candidate

What You'll Be Doing

- Washing dishes and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Assisting chefs with basic food preparation
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and food-safe
- Receiving and storing deliveries
- Supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak periods

What We're Looking For

- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays




- A reliable and punctual team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to remain calm and perform under pressure during busy service periods
- Excellent attention to cleanliness and food safety
- Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable but not essential—we're happy to train the right person
