The Role

Our client is a growing insurance business backed by its own technology platform. They're looking for a Technical Project Manager to take real ownership of delivery across their projects. You'll sit between the business, underwriting and the developers, translating requirements into clear, actionable work. You'll also find ways to bring automation and AI into day to day operations. About You

- Experience as a technical project manager or operations professional with robust delivery instincts, someone who takes ownership and drives outcomes independently
- Technically fluent enough to engage credibly with developers and understand integrations and APIs at a conceptual level
- Genuine interest in AI and automation,



with practical experience applying these tools to real business problems
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders, comfortable holding people accountable and pushing back where needed
- Comfortable mapping, documenting and improving business processes and workflows
- Insurance or underwriting experience is a bonus
