Whiz Kidz is a family-owned and operated group of early learning centres across NSW and VIC. Founded by two sisters and mums, we are passionate about delivering high-quality early education and care.

About the Role

Our Pendle Hill service caters for up to 100 children per day, aged 6 weeks to 6 years. The centre features spacious, light-filled rooms, modern facilities, and high-quality resources.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and committed Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team 5 days per week (Mondayto Friday), working 8-hour shifts across our operating hours of 7:00am – 6.30pm.

This role suits a confident educator who values teamwork, brings strong practice knowledge, and is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality education and care aligned with EYLF and NQS

- Contribute to programming, observations, and documentation





- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment

- Adhere to all supervision, compliance, and child safety requirements

Essential Requirements:

- An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

- A current Working With Children Check (NSW)

- A current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

- A current National Foundations Child Safety Training certificate

- Sound knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and Children’s Services Regulations

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- An understanding of child development and best practice
