BAMBRICK is one of Queensland's largest and fastest-growing digital marketing agencies.

Currently, we are looking for a Graduate Digital Copywriter to help with many aspects of Digital Marketing for 100’s of customers across varying industries (including many of Brisbane and Australia’s best-known brands).

IMPORTANT: No digital marketing agency experience is necessary, but a love of writing is essential! We're open to all applications, especially from new graduates with a strong desire to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

NOTE: This role is in-office and is based in Brisbane's CBD.

The main things we are looking for (in priority order) are:

- A demonstrable passion and talent for writing: You love to write and are good at it!

- Outstanding attention to detail: Essential for crafting high-quality content.

- Desire to learn: Eager to grasp all areas of SEO, associated software, and digital marketing strategies.

- Self-motivated and disciplined: Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

- Focused on finding solutions, not problems: A proactive and positive 'can-do' attitude.

- Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal.

- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and quick to pick up recent systems.

- Wants to add value: Motivated by seeing others succeed and contributing to business growth.

- Easy to work with: Seeks and welcomes feedback in order to grow.

- Ability to work full-time in our Brisbane CBD office.

Additionally, we'd love to hear if you have any of the following (but don't stress if you don't – apply anyway and tell us why you'd be a great fit!):

- Demonstrated experience or a degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.

- A strong understanding of the English language and grammar.





- Any digital content writing experience.

- Familiarity with keyword research.

- Completed any digital marketing courses outside of your uni studies.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

- Content writing for SEO, websites and blogs - let your skills (and imagination) fly!

- Content research, competitor research, customer research – we’ll show you how.

- Assisting with SEO on-page and off-page observations, and Local SEO.

- Some Direct Response and Conversion Copywriting

- Undergoing Copywriting and SEO courses to further your knowledge and skills.

- Providing general digital marketing administration and research support

You will receive full training in all areas of the role. We are looking for someone who ideally has a strong desire to learn and can demonstrate their ability to pick things up quickly and hit the ground running.
