Civi Diesel is hiring Heavy Diesel Mechanics and Trade Assistants to work with our existing team on varying trucks and plant equipment. We are based in Derrimut and have immediate positions available.
We have a fleet of company truck and trailers and earthmoving equipment as well as a large customer base requiring self motivated people to join our team in preventative maintenance and repairs.
The role requires team players that can work productively in team environment.
Duties include:
-Fault diagnosis
-Repairs
-Scheduled Servicing
-On site repairs
You will be required to provide your own basic mechanic hand tools with all specialist tools provided.
This role has room for progression and requires someone looking for long term work.
The following attributes will be highly regarded but not compulsory:
1. Experience with truck breakdown repair
2. Experience with earthmoving plant
3. Self motivation
4. Team player
5. Positive work ethic
6. Ability to work unsupervised
7. HR license or above
8. Forklift license
Pay rates are negotiable based upon the candidates experience, skills and knowledge
