The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Spare Parts Interpreter to join our small, energetic and knowledgeable team based in Windsor.

You will play an integral role in supporting our mechanics and workshop operations by accurately identifying, sourcing and supplying spare parts.

The successful candidate is someone who has exceptional communication skills, thrives on delivering outstanding customer service and has strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Building solid relationships with suppliers and internal teams

- Inbound phone and online sales processing

- Following up outstanding orders and ensuring parts are supplied in a timely manner

- Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient parts department
