A well-established retail business is seeking a Part-Time Retail Coordinator to join its team, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail professional looking for a part-time position within a supportive and established environment.

Working closely with the management team, you will provide day-to-day coordination and operational support across the retail business, helping ensure stores, teams and key retail activities run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate day-to-day retail operations and administration

- Support store teams and management with operational requirements

- Assist with rosters, staff coordination and general team administration

- Monitor sales, KPIs and retail performance

- Assist with stock management, replenishment and inventory

- Coordinate promotional activity, merchandising and store initiatives

- Liaise with suppliers, head office and key stakeholders

- Prepare reports and maintain accurate retail records

- Support staff onboarding, training and communication





- Assist with maintaining consistent retail standards across the business

About You:

- Previous experience in retail coordination, retail administration, store management or a similar role

- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- Commercially minded with an understanding of retail KPIs

- Confident using Microsoft Office and retail systems

- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently

- A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong customer and team focus
