Are you ready to launch or grow your career in real estate? We’re searching for a motivated and driven Sales Associate/co agent to join our team at Coronis Bayside Wynnum. This is your opportunity to work alongside an established agent, gain hands-on experience, and learn the industry from the ground up.

The Opportunity

You’ll be given hands on exposure to all areas of residential sales while progressively developing the skills and confidence required to become an agent if you aren't one already.

Your role will include:

- Prospecting and developing your own database of potential buyers, sellers and local contacts

- Door knocking, cold calling and engaging with the local community

- Building genuine relationships with buyers, sellers and local residents

- Assisting with and conducting open homes

- Following up buyers and converting leads into future opportunities

- Learning how to conduct appraisals and prepare listing presentations

- Assisting with property campaigns from pre-market preparation through to settlement

- Coordinating photography, styling, floor plans and marketing

- Attending building and pest inspections, valuations and pre-settlement appointments

- Learning the fundamentals of negotiation and how to successfully manage a sales campaign

- Developing your own personal brand and reputation within the local market

- Progressively taking on more responsibility as your knowledge, confidence and results grow

You’ll start by learning the fundamentals, developing your prospecting skills and building your database. As you demonstrate your ability and grow your confidence, you’ll have the opportunity to take on more responsibility, develop your own clients and progress into your own sales role.

You’ll have the benefit of direct guidance and mentorship from Katie Daunt, an experienced real estate professional and business owner, while still being encouraged to develop your own identity, relationships and business.

Essential Requirement

You MUST hold a current Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence to be considered for this position.
