Gaming & Loyalty Manager

North Ryde RSL Community Club is seeking an experienced and proactive Gaming & Loyalty Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their gaming floor and champion the Rewards Program. This is a key leadership role for someone who combines strong gaming operations knowledge, compliance confidence, data-driven decision making, and a genuine commitment to exceptional member and guest experiences.

Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee gaming operations, support responsible gambling and compliance obligations, manage supplier and service provider relationships, and work collaboratively with Customer Service, Marketing, Food & Beverage, Events, Finance and Operations teams to deliver a safe, engaging and high-performing gaming environment.

About the role

- Lead and optimise daily gaming floor operations, machine performance, floor layout, maintenance coordination and service delivery.

- Drive the Royal Rewards Program, including member engagement, perks, promotions, reporting and continuous improvement.

- Ensure compliance with gaming legislation, responsible gambling requirements, internal policies, reporting obligations and privacy standards.

- Oversee TAB, KENO, gaming systems, reconciliation processes, supplier coordination and equipment management.

- Support and coach gaming team members, fostering a positive, customer-focused and compliant culture.

- Analyse performance data,



prepare reports and contribute to strategic planning for gaming and loyalty initiatives.

About you

- Proven experience in gaming operations, club operations, loyalty programs or a similar leadership role.

- Strong understanding of NSW gaming compliance, responsible gambling obligations and harm minimisation practices.

- Current Responsible Conduct of Gambling, Advanced Responsible Conduct of Gambling, Responsible Service of Alcohol and willingness to successfully complete a Police Check clearance.

- Confidence using gaming systems, membership platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

- Excellent communication, organisation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

- A professional, calm and customer-focused approach, including during busy operational periods.
