This position is working on a casual roster approx 20-30 hours a week. This will include some Saturdays.
An exciting opportunity exists to join our award-winning jewellery team. We are seeking an exceptional Sales Assistant with proven retail sales experience.
Jewellery and/or retail sales experience in a customer service focused environment will be highly regarded.
As the face of our business you will have a mature outlook with outstanding customer service skills.
Attention to detail, excellent personal presentation and pride in the store presentation is essential.
Being a fantastic communicator, both written and verbally is a crucial to this position.
Saturdays will form part of your roster - you will have some weekends off. You will need to be available over busy holiday periods.
You will be willing to learn and comply with our company policies and procedures.
Essential criteria:
Training will be provided but we expect you have experience in some of the duties below.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Selling to customers and achieving KPI targets
- Taking in repairs
- Using our POS system to enter data and process sales
- Processing customer orders
- Small repairs
- Cleaning and merchandising
- Receiving and transferring stock
- Stocktaking
