Our client is a well-established logistics business currently located in Hendra, with plans to relocate to Lytton later this year. They offer a supportive warehouse environment, ongoing training, and a clear pathway to permanent employment.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable Warehouse Operative to join the team. This role involves loading and unloading trucks, picking and moving tyre stillages, and operating high reach forklifts in a busy warehouse environment.
The ideal candidate will have high reach forklift experience, be comfortable working at heights, and be willing to undertake hands-on training to learn the operation.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload trucks, including manually handling tyre stillages.
- Pick car and truck tyre stillages for customer orders.
- Operate high reach forklifts up to 6 bays high.
- Use tyre grabber attachments when required.
- Operate Crown and Toyota forklifts.
- Complete manual forklift picking — no RF scanning involved.
- Assist with general warehouse duties and maintain a safe, organised work area.
- Complete 1–3 months of hands-on training to become familiar with the operation.
- Follow all WHS procedures and safety requirements.





Pay & Shift

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $38/hr
Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | $42/hr
Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays
Overtime available
Clear pathway to permanent employment

What We're Looking For

- Current LF Forklift Licence.
- High reach forklift experience highly desirable.
- Confident operating at heights of up to 6 bays.
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual tyre handling.
- Reliable and safety-focused.
- Solid work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working overtime and occasional Saturdays.
- Willingness to relocate from Hendra to Lytton later this year.
