A great opportunity has been created within the Superior Cranes Operations team. We are looking for a motivated fleet controller.

This role requires you to be proactive in supporting and managing the fleet assets and achieving safe, reliable productive performance outcomes. You will be required to work with our operations team in Brisbane

Do you have experience as a fleet controller/allocator; and are you a great communicator?

You will be responsible for scheduling execution plans into our allocating data base daily. Your role is to ensure each day is set up to run smoothly and all fleet and personnel allocations are effectively executed. Whilst also applying strong communication with clients, employees and recording information on internal systems.

This is a fast paced and hands on and role that offers a variety of challenges and opportunities for learning and development within the business.

Crane knowledge is a must.

This role involves (but is not limited to):

- Fleet Allocation: Ensure the correct allocation of our fleet & labour, maximising capacity and efficiency.

- Previous experience within Fleet management and or Construction/Mining/Transport or crane industry is preferred.

- Data Entry – There is a vast amount of Data that needs input into our allocations systems.



You will need to be proficient in this area of Data entry – Microsoft systems, Excel, and outlook.

- Multi task and record information on multiple platforms.

- You will be a versatile, self-motivated, and always willing to take on a challenge.

- Experience with Assignar is desirable.

- Supporting other operations team members in managing the day-to-day challenges that come with controlling hundreds of moving parts and people.

- Resilient and enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace.

- Ability to solve problems, manage complexity and multitask. Excellent communication skills.

- Exceptional planning and organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Successful Applicant must be available to work extended work hours and applicant will need to be adaptable to respond to operational matters after-hours if necessary.
