WE’RE HIRING – RECEPTION & SOCIAL MEDIA SUPERSTAR!

We’re looking for a bright, friendly and people-focused superstar to join our team at Triggerpoint Health!

We’re a busy remedial massage and chiropractic clinic that genuinely cares about our clients and creating a warm, welcoming experience.

We’re looking for someone who can bring personality, energy and warmth to our front desk, while also helping us create fun and engaging social media content.

THE ROLE

This is a casual position of approximately 10 hours per week, with the chance for extra hours when needed.

Clinic hours:
Monday–Friday: 8am–7pm
Saturday: 8am–2pm

Your role will include:

- Welcoming and building relationships with clients

- Answering phones and enquiries

- Managing bookings and payments

- HICAPS/health fund transactions

- Supporting our practitioners and keeping reception running smoothly

- Creating content for Instagram and Facebook

- Taking photos/videos and creating Stories and Reels

- Helping showcase our team, clinic and services

- Helping with general clinic cleaning,



laundry and keeping the clinic clean, tidy and welcoming

- Following high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the clinic

ABOUT YOU

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- Comfortable and creative on social media

- Someone who notices the little things and loves making people feel welcome

Reception experience is great, but personality is more important!

If you can answer the phone with a smile, make a client feel instantly welcome AND create a great Reel while you’re at it… we want to hear from you!

Hamilton South
Approx. 10 hours per week + potential extra hours
Monday–Saturday availability within clinic hours
