Travis Air Force Base is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Fairfield, CA. The role includes precepting students, ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 and Joint Commission standards, and directing pharmacy staff during rounds and multidisciplinary care.

You will manage pharmacokinetic dosing, monitor therapy outcomes, and document interventions in the EHR. Solid emphasis on patient safety, ADR reporting, and collaboration with care teams.
