- Alternative dispute resolution and mediation

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Associate Lawyer to join our agile litigation team.



This role offers excellent exposure to complex disputes across Victorian and Federal courts and tribunals, with opportunities to work on high-stakes commercial matters while developing expertise in alternative dispute resolution methods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage litigation matters from inception to resolution

- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and court documents

- Conduct legal research and case analysis

- Attend court hearings and mediations

- Provide strategic advice to diverse client base

- Collaborate with senior lawyers on complex disputes
