$41.74ph - $43.00ph + Educational Leader Allowance

Responsibilities

- Lead change and champion practice uplift and excellence
- Collaborate with Educators to observe, review and continuously enhance educational programmes
- Deepen team understanding of child development and early years content
- Guide application of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Work closely with centre leadership to lead transformative changes and champion excellence

Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Robust knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Victoria Working with Children Check
- Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform
