Aurora Energy is hiring a Customer Service Officer for our Tasmanian contact centre. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling inquiries, delivering solutions, and ensuring a high-quality experience for customers.
We provide hands-on training starting October 2026, followed by onboarding and ongoing development. The role is permanent full time (37.5 hours per week) with a rotating roster Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm, and hybrid working after training.
