The Role

We are seeking a highly organised and initiative driven School Officer to join our team and assist with key school operations. You will be the first point of contact for our school, responsible for providing efficient and high-quality customer service to our students, parents, and visitors. As a School Officer, you will ideally be a cooperative team player who has a high level of attention to detail. The role encompasses a broad range of administrative responsibilities, including but not limited to customer service, enrolment processes and maintaining accurate school databases and records. Experience with Compass, Student Information System (SIS), RM Billing and RM Finance is highly desirable, along with a willingness to support and learn further phases of Kaartdijin implementation.

Eligibility

- be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights for the term of the appointment.
- obtain a valid Working With Children Check before you start; and
- consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
