SMEC, a global civil engineering consultancy, is seeking a Team Administrator to support the Water, Dams & Hydropower team in Brisbane. The role blends proactive administration with bid and proposal support within a fast-paced engineering setting.

You will manage documents, prepare reports and presentations, coordinate travel, and liaise with stakeholders. The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ corporate admin experience and strong MS Office skills, with a cooperative, agile mindset.
