About the role
The Lifestyle Coordinator is responsible for leading a small team of committed and talented professionals to provide quality, rights based, person-led lifestyle and leisure activities across our Frankston South home to 120 older persons.
About you
To be successful in this position, you will be passionate, motivated and creative; bring a sense of joy and warmth to the home of our residents and be innovative with the development and delivery of our lifestyle program.
You will also have:
- Experience coordinating appropriate and person-led lifestyle programs to a broad range of residents with varying abilities
- Experience leading a team - allocating workload, providing training, coaching and support
- Strong computer skills using MS Office, Internet and electronic client management system
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, and ability to multitask
- Current Victorian Driver's Licence and willingness to drive the van for excursions
- Willingness to undergo a National police check and provide proof of rights to work in Australia, and to apply for a Victorian Working with Children Check
