Duratec Australia is seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to direct the development and execution of the States HSEQ strategy across multiple units in NSW. You will strengthen governance, build capability and embed a culture where safety, quality and operational excellence are fundamental to performance.

Reporting to the South East Health and Safety Manager and working with regional leaders, you will lead audits, incident investigations and continuous improvement while mentoring a team of HSEQ
