Simon Lang Projects are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Carpenters to join their team in Brooklyn and Sunshine West VIC.

Successful candidates will need to undertake and possess:

- Apply carpentry trade skills, general framing, construction and installation of subfloors, walls door frames, roofing and trust work.
- Coordinate site preparation
- Interpret building standards, codes and regulations
- Coordinate planning for building tasks
- Provide advise to, and liaise with project personnel on matters relating to carpentry and construction requirements
- Interpret plans, specifications and drawings.
- Assist in the compilation of specifications, scope of works and costs estimates.

Skills and Attributes:

- Certificate III in Carpentry or equivalent
- Ideally have a minimum of 3 years’ experience general carpentry work in commercial and domestic builds
- Physically fit and ability to work in a team setting.

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience
