KeyResponsibilities

AdministrativeSupport

- Answerphonecalls,emails,andgeneralinquiries.
- Greetvisitorsandassistclientsprofessionally.

Scheduling&Coordination;

- Assistwithstaffschedulingandappointmentcoordination.
- Coordinatemeetingsandmaintainofficecalendars.
- Assistwithtravelandtrainingarrangementswhenrequired.

Client&StaffSupport;

- Followuponclientdocumentationandservicerequests.
- Assiststaffwithtimesheets,forms,andgeneralinquiries.

OfficeOperations

- Assistwithfiling,scanning,anddocumentmanagement.

Compliance&RecordKeeping;





- Ensuredocumentsarestoredsecurelyandincompliancewithprivacyrequirements.

Qualifications

- ProficiencywithMicrosoftOffice(Word,Excel,Outlook).
- FamiliaritywithCRM,scheduling,orclientmanagementsystems.
- CertificateinBusinessAdministrationorrelatedfield.
