Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager to oversee daily operations, sales and high-volume stock within a specialist area. You will lead a 20+ solid team, train staff, and ensure exceptional customer service while managing costs and safety across busy shifts.
You will work with Service, Inside the Home, Builders and Lifestyles & Garden teams, reporting to the Operations Manager and Complex Manager, with 1 in 3 weekends rostered and some public holidays required.
