We're partnering with a growing healthcare organisation to recruit a newly created Contracts & Reporting Analyst. This position has been created following internal promotions and offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced commercial leaders while developing a broad understanding of contracts, pricing, reporting and tender support within a highly regulated industry.

What is the role about?

You'll support the administration and governance of customer contracts across Australia and Recent Zealand while producing reporting and commercial insights that help drive business decisions. Working closely with the Contracts Manager and Senior Business Analyst, you'll gain exposure to contract management, pricing, commercial analysis and healthcare tenders.

Responsibilities include:

- Supporting contract administration, renewals and implementation.
- Producing recurring and ad hoc reporting on customer and contract performance.
- Analysing pricing, revenue, margin and contract compliance.
- Assisting with tender submissions and commercial analysis.




- Maintaining high-quality contract and pricing data while identifying opportunities to improve reporting and processes.

What background do you need for this role?

We're looking for someone with:

- A degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline.
- Around 1-3 years' experience in an analytical, commercial support or contracts-related role.
- Strong Excel skills and genuine interest in working with data. Skills in PowerBI or other related tools will be highly valued.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Experience within healthcare, medical devices or life sciences would be advantageous but is not essential.
