Coles Group is offering a graduate program in Melbourne designed to develop future leaders through two years of hands-on learning and meaningful work across different functions. The program includes real deliverables, explicit ownership, and a tailored development path with strong leadership support.
In the second year, participants complete the Innovation Project, presenting to the Executive Leadership Team and Coles Board. Hybrid work is possible, with three days in the office and two days remote.
