Richemont Oceania is seeking an experienced Safety Officer to lead psychosocial risk management and uphold wellbeing initiatives across Australia and Current Zealand. You will partner with boutiques, offices and service centres to embed a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with WHS legislation.

You will oversee workers’ compensation coordination, incident investigations, risk assessments and training delivery, driving continuous improvements and robust safety systems to protect employees
