Role Responsibilities

- Managing the workflow for an enthusiastic team to meet deadlines
- Maintaining strong client relationships by delivering a professional service that exceeds expectations
- Providing a broad range of advisory services to clients, including business restructuring, tax planning, and cash flow management
- Expanding your technical knowledge by participating in ongoing training and working on complex assignments

Skills/Qualifications and Experience

- Degree in Accounting and/or Business
- CA qualified or on the path to completing CA
- Strong tax knowledge to manage the tax compliance and reporting obligations of corporate trusts, partnerships, and individuals
- Strong accounting skills to prepare financial statements for reporting and non-reporting corporations
- High level of business acumen and commercially astute with the ability to identify and manage risk
- Robust verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to develop rapport and understand the needs of clients
- 5+ years of experience in a similar within public practice
- Xero certification and a true champion in cloud accounting solutions
