Weu2019re currently seeking a highly organised and motivated HR Advisor to join our South Walker Creek mine site on a full-time, fixed-term contract for two years . Reporting directly to the HR Superintendent, this role provides end-to-end HR support to leaders and employees across the operation.

What Youu2019ll Be Doing

- Partnering with operational leaders to deliver proactive HR support across workforce planning, organisational development, employee relations, and performance management
- Supporting organisational change initiatives and managing projects
- Champion employee engagement programs




- Shaping talent strategy and leadership development across a growing business.
- Providing expert HR advice that is practical, strategic and trusted

What Youu2019ll Bring

- Proven experience in a HR advisory or business partnering role in mining or heavy industry
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with HR Information Systems, preferably Success Factors
- Ability to manage projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
- A team-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
