The Company

Our client is a large Federal Government department delivering critical services to Australians. The Role

Due to ongoing desktop modernisation initiatives, our client is seeking multiple Infrastructure Engineers to support Windows 11 deployment, application packaging and endpoint management services. You will play a key role in managing Microsoft Intune environments, deploying applications, supporting device compliance, developing automation solutions and producing technical documentation. This position offers the opportunity to work across both hybrid and cloud-managed environments while supporting enterprise-wide transformation projects.

12-Month Contract with Extension Options

Responsibilities

- Package and deploy applications using Microsoft Intune (Win32 and MSIX)
- Configure and administer Microsoft Intune policies and endpoint management services
- Support Windows 11 desktop modernisation initiatives
- Troubleshoot application deployment and authentication issues
- Support Intune Autopilot deployments and device provisioning




- Maintain and enhance SCCM/MECM operating system deployment processes
- Implement endpoint security and application control solutions
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate operational activities
- Produce technical documentation, knowledge articles and implementation guides
- Provide Level 3 support for desktop and endpoint management services
- Work closely with infrastructure, cyber security and project teams
- Support release, change and incident management processes
