Located in Tamworth, Nazareth Care is a fully accredited, not-for-profit organisation and home to 90 residents. Nazareth House provides excellence in person centred and clinical care, with respect and compassion for all - Aged Care from the heart.

We are currently seeking an energetic Registered Nurse or RN to join our friendly team on a Casual basis. Your passion and professionalism will be instrumental in enhancing the care and wellbeing of our residents.

What you will be doing:

- Providing a high level of clinical care, assessments and support
- Leading and mentoring the team; driving improvements and best practice
- Engaging with residents, family members, doctors and health professionals
- Documentation and accurate record keeping

What we are looking for:

- Bachelor of Nursing and AHPRA registration
- Experience as a Registered Nurse, ideally within Aged Care
- A natural leader with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent clinical assessment and observation skills
- Enthusiasm and passion for making a difference
- NDIS Screening Check and Training Module (or willing to obtain)
- Flexible availability over AM, PM or ND shifts
