If you have a background in insurance building, construction or major property repairs and enjoy working directly with customers, this is an excellent prospect to join a leading national insurer.

As a Major Loss Building Assessor, you'll manage complex residential property claims from initial assessment through to repair completion. Working predominantly from home, you'll utilise your company vehicle to inspect damaged properties, assess repair requirements and coordinate quality outcomes for customers.

What you'll be doing:

- Assess major residential property damage on site
- Prepare repair scopes and review building methodologies
- Coordinate builders, trades and restoration specialists
- Manage claims through to completion while delivering outstanding customer service
- Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure repairs meet quality, safety and insurer standards

What you'll bring:

- Experience in insurance building, restoration, construction or major property claims




- Background as a Building Assessor, Estimator, Project Manager, Repair Coordinator or similar
- Trade qualification or strong residential construction knowledge highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A current driver's licence
