If you're an experienced Project Manager, Repair Coordinator, Estimator or insurance building professional looking for your next challenge, this is an outstanding opportunity to join a leading national insurer. You'll manage a portfolio of major property claims, balancing technical expertise with exceptional customer service while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.
Predominantly based from home, you'll service the Sunshine Coast region with occasional site visits, giving you the autonomy to manage your day while remaining well supported by experienced leaders committed to your ongoing development.

As part of the National Major Loss team, you'll work closely with builders, trades, repair specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure every claim is managed efficiently, fairly and to the highest standard. You'll be empowered to make decisions, influence project outcomes and build trusted relationships with customers throughout the entire claims journey.

What will you be doing?
• Manage major insurance building claims from assessment through to completion
• Coordinate builders, contractors and repair specialists to achieve quality outcomes
• Review repair scopes, validate methodologies and manage restoration costs
• Build strong relationships with customers through regular communication and site visits
• Prepare detailed reports, claim documentation and technical assessments
• Drive builder performance, claim quality and customer satisfaction throughout the claim lifecycle

What do you need?
• Experience managing insurance building, restoration or major property claims
• Background as a Project Manager, Repair Coordinator, Estimator or similar role
• Trade qualification or strong construction knowledge (builder, carpenter, electrician, plumber or similar)
• Strong understanding of insurance building practices, policy interpretation and insurer guidelines
• Excellent communication, report writing and stakeholder management skills
• Stable employment history demonstrating commitment and long-term tenure
