About Our Client:

Our client is a long-established, family-run timber processing and supply business located in Bulahdelah, NSW. The company specialises in manufacturing and distributing high-quality hardwood products including flooring, decking, fencing, and structural timbers

What you will be doing:

- Lead and manager the day-to-day operations of the production team, ensuring an efficient and high quality manufacturing processes.
- Ensure products are manufactured to quality specifications.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet delivery deadlines and customer orders.
- Build and maintain a strong, motivated team, ensuring all staff are trained.
- Rostering staff on workstations on a rotational basis.
- Promote a culture of open communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

What you will need:

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Current NSW Drivers Licence (mandatory)
- White Card
