Company Summary:

I've partnered with a well-loved organisation with an excellent reputation in the market spanning over 25 years of proven success delivering projects up to $45m+, specialising in the commercial project market. My client has already had a successful start to 2026 with recent project wins and a strong pipeline of work locked for 2029 and beyond.

They operate across a range of delivering methods, with D&C; being a big focus they are looking for someone with proven experience within the Commercial construction industry. Project sectors include industrial, retail, health, education, childcare and more between $5m - $45m

My client is a looking for an experienced Estimator to join their Brisbane team due to recent project wins and growth.

The HSE Manager for this organisation is an actual legend! Anyone would be so lucky to work alongside him!

Ideal traits the successful candidate will have:

- 5 - 10 + years of experience in the role.
- Leadership - enjoys mentoring and teaching others.
- Excellent ability to build rapport with others.
- Strong past tenure with employers.
- Team player who loves a challenge!
- Positive, "can-do" attitude.

With a strong pipeline of work already under construction and due to company growth, they are looking for an experienced Estimator to join the team in their Brisbane office. This is an exciting prospect for someone who is a leader, self-motivated, confident, honest, reliable, and looking to grow their career to step into this role.

Your Requirements:

- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management & Economics, Quantity Surveying or equivalent are preferred.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills with various stakeholders (clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors etc.)
- Local experience and relationships with consultants and subcontractors
- Ideally 5 - 10 years in a similar role and industry experience running your own projects between $5m- $45m+
